Your Guarantee

After purchasing an AC/DC Fan Club Membership you will have the ability to select a show for which you want a unique ticket passcode. Passcodes are redeemable for the purchase of up to two tickets in the Fan Club On-Sale for the show of your choice.

In the event that you choose not to draw a passcode or you draw a passcode and do not use it to purchase any number of tickets in the Fan Club On-Sale, you are eligible for a full refund of your membership fee so long as you submit a refund request within 90 days of the date that you joined the AC/DC Fan Club and you have not yet requested delivery of your exclusive membership gift.

It may take up to 30 days to verify that a ticket passcode has not been drawn and/or redeemed for the purchase of tickets and that you are within the stipulated 90 day period. Once our verification process confirms your eligibility for a refund, your credit card will be immediately credited with a full refund.

If you request, and are granted a refund, your account will be canceled immediately.
